These Terms of Use govern your use of AscendAP Training (“the app”), operated by A’Tuin Universe. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
AscendAP Training is an aviation exam preparation app that provides quizzes, study materials, and progress tracking for aviation students and professionals.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to use the app. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Free Content
The app provides free access to basic quiz content and features.
Premium Subscriptions
Premium features are available through auto-renewable subscriptions:
- Monthly Premium: Billed monthly at the price displayed in the app
- Annual Premium: Billed annually at the price displayed in the app
Billing
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase
Free Trials
If offered, free trial periods automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial. You can cancel during the trial at no cost.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Share your account credentials with others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its systems
- Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the app content
- Use automated systems to access the app
6. Intellectual Property
All content in the app, including but not limited to text, questions, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of AscendAP Training and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written consent.
7. Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date aviation study materials, the app is intended as a study aid only and should not be used as the sole source of preparation for any aviation examination. We do not guarantee that use of the app will result in passing any exam.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AscendAP Training shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
9. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time through the app’s Settings screen. Upon deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days. Active subscriptions should be canceled through the App Store or Google Play Store before deleting your account.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms in the app or on our website. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Colombia.
