Ascend A&P Training (“we”, “our”, or “the app”) is operated by A’Tuin Universe. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application.

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

• Name
• Email address

Authentication is handled securely through Supabase. We also support Sign In with Apple, which may provide a relay email address instead of your real email.

Usage Data

We collect data related to your use of the app, including:

• Quiz scores, progress, and completion history
• Study streaks and experience points
• Subscription status

Diagnostics

We may collect crash logs and error data to improve app stability and performance. This data does not identify you personally.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain your account
• Sync your study progress across devices
• Track quiz results and gamification features
• Process subscriptions and in-app purchases
• Improve app performance and fix bugs

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS). We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Access to your data is protected by JSON Web Token (JWT) authentication.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase – Authentication and database hosting
• Apple App Store – Subscription and payment processing
• Google Play Store – Subscription and payment processing

Payment information (credit cards, billing details) is handled entirely by Apple and Google. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may only be shared:

• With service providers necessary to operate the app (as listed above)
• If required by law or legal process

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data will be removed from our servers within 30 days.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Export your data

8. Children’s Privacy

Our app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
